You did post in the Cafe, but I moved it here, because... well, it belongs here.
They forgot another good reason; there are people who will simply prefer Linux to Windows 7. There might be cool new features in Windows 7 and it might also be lighter than Vista is, but unless they (Microsoft) turn the whole operating system upside-down, I don't really see myself using it, and I think there are plenty of Linux users (and developers) of the same opinion.
