Hello dear system76 people,
I have Daru2 with Ubuntu Hardy on it. I was planning to by a bluetooth mic and headphone but I want to make sure it will work before I buy them. So if anyone had any experience before could you let me know if they will work. Also will any bluetooth device work or I need specific device.
I've had mixed results with BT headsets on my Daru2.
The BlueAnt headset (I can't remember the model number off hand) worked great, but when I had trouble with the headset, I replaced it with a Jabra 8010, and I have never gotten it to cooperate with Linux's bluetooth tools.
I don't know if it's me or the headset. I have had really good results with the Jabra headset with my Nokia n810, so it may just be me.
The bluetooth definitely should work on it. However, we don't test any particular devices with it, so I can't really suggest a particular headset.
