actually its over 1almost 2 years now my bad
The infraction was given near the end of November 2007, just barely more than a year ago, about 14 months to be exact.
Since then, you have two warnings and two other infractions for unrelated, but further breeches of the forum code of conduct. The most recent was in November of 2008.
Had this been a case of someone making a one-time mistake, then reading the rules and choosing to follow them, I probably would have removed the infraction, even after as short as a year. This just isn't the case. I'm sorry, I won't remove the infraction from your record.
After independently evaluating this, I agree with Matthew's assessment; at this point given the infraction history between the original infraction and today, I cannot support reversing the infraction in question.
