Okay, for most situation this is now exactly the smartest or most ideal way to do things. In most cases having more than one Administrator can be an inconvenience or at worst a danger to your precious data. Therefore I'm not recommending this be done.

That being said, the reason I made this tutorial was because a friend needed to know how to do this very thing for reasons I will not mention to keep things brief.

Faolan's "How To" Guides Edition One: How to give other users Administrative Privileges

CAUTION: DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK. HAVING MORE THAN ONE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR IS GENERALLY NOT AN OPTIMAL THING TO DO. IF YOU MUST DO THIS PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE USER WHO IS GAINING THE ADMINISTRATIVE PRIVILEGES IS TRUSTWORTHY.

First, in order to do this make sure the person who is already assigned administrative privileges is already logged in. Basically it takes an administrator to make an administrator.

From the Main Menu click: "System" > "Administration" > "Users and Groups".

STEP ONE: - Click "Unlock".

STEP TWO: - Have the current Administrator enter in his password. - Click "Authenticate".

STEP THREE: - Select the User who you have decided should receive administrative privileges. - Click "Properties".

STEP FOUR: - Click the "User Privileges" tag.

STEP FIVE: - Check the box next to "Administer the system". - Click "OK".

STEP SIX: - Click "Close".
