Okay, a staff member graciously sent me links to the threads that caused the issue.
In the future, if you have a grievance with a staff member, this is the place to bring it up and discuss it. If that doesn't work, one may come to a Forum Council meeting on IRC and present a case. We read/listen to all comments and take them to heart.
We're sorry to hear you had an unresolved conflict with the staff. As Matthew pointed out, there is a set of procedures in place for an open, multi-tiered conflict resolution process. We would encourage you to give these a try and see if we can arrive at a happier conclusion.
