This class of issues seems to be cropping up a bit lately... We have a dedicated multi-tiered process for addressing disagreements with forum policy or moderator action. It starts with a complaint opened here in the res center, if that cannot be resolved then it can be brought up at a Forum Council meeting, and if that cannot be resolved then it can be brought up to a Community Council meeting.
It's not considered appropriate to start threads elsewhere to discuss whether or not you agree with staff actions.
With regards to the duplicate account issue, the forums policy does not allow for a user to have more than one registered account. If you have multiple accounts, you need to ask for them to be merged or deactivated.
