Id like to ask for a formal review about my recent infraction. My infraction was given on the basis that I called a Forum Council Member a liar. In respect of the forum admins and staff, I not intentionally mentioning names in this particular thread. I take my role as forum contributor very seriously, however am gravely concerned when claims made against me are simply untrue. I am willing to discuss the infraction in a more private setting if this would be more appropriate.

Again I have asked for a review. I do not think the person who issued the infraction would be the appropriate authority to review the infraction. I have provided explanation in a different thread. You obviously interpreted the meaning of my language differently from what it was intended. And just for the record and for clarity: My infraction was not for the language you quoted. It was specfically for:

Essentially, you were calling me a liar. Since I am involved, as the one against whom the original comment was made, I will let another admin comment as well. That may take time, Kiwi and I are the only ones online at the moment.
By way of explanation
Telling someone the are not being truthful and being disingenuous is saying they are not telling the truth. Therefore that is the same as calling them a liar. A liar is someone who is not telling the truth .That is why you were issued the infraction.
The COC clearly states the conduct that is expected on these Forums .

insincerity does not equate to being a liar. I think you can attest to this! Take examples from your own individual experiences!
