I've just installed Ubuntu on to a 4 year old all-in-one type G3 400MHz, clear variety, not beige variety.
I had no major problems except I couldn't find a suitable keyboard layout in the installer. The closest I could get has everything in the right place except @ and " are transposed (my keyboard has @ as SHIFT+2). I thought this odd as the keyboard is the apple keyboard that came with the PC. Anyone got any ideas??
Secondly, GnomeMeeting is very broken. Has anyone else found this, or can anyone tell me how to totally uninstall and reinstall it. I tried using synaptic to repair it but it made no difference.
