Hi All!

Is there a way for me to resize my partitions without having to reinstall Ubuntu?

Will I need the original install CD for that?

I wanna test and see if giving a bigger swap partition will help the speed in my Fujitsu notebook.

Thanks.

Best regards

do as these guys said.. oh and if its swap partition you're trying out, you can do a swap file which utilizes a file that way you don't have to repartition your HD..

as far as i know there is very little to no difference between using swap partition and using a swap file

Download the GParted live CD, which is very small, and use that to do whatever you want with your hard disk safely and easily.
