is it possible to run ubuntu on a PPC 604, 603 or 602 proccesor? becouse those are also PPC type proccesors and i'd like to use Ubuntu on my old mac too. i feel kinda stupid right now... ](*,)

I run DebianPPC on a 603 Powerbook, which serves as my webserver (www.petrvz.net), so I would presume Ubuntu will work too. Things will get more complicated if it is a NuBus machine, as you will need a special kernel for that type, which you can get at http://nubus-pmac.sourceforge.net/ What machines are you talking about here?
Yeah, there are a few things you will need to look into when installing on older PPC machines. www.penguinppc.org is a good reference. The above link pvc provided is adequte. There are quite a few sites dedicated to older macs as well. Ubuntu should install on your computer.
