Karmic Koala, EC2 and a few questions about it.

I was just reading over the new features of Karmic Koala and noticed that it includes integrating open source tools to interact with Amazon's EC2. Specifically the announcement states that Karmic Koala will make a foray into cloud computing:

by embracing the API’s of Amazon EC2, and making it easy

for anybody to setup their own cloud using entirely open tools.

I was hoping for a little clarification. Will this mean that when Koala is installed, you can easily link multiple machines together on your own network? Lets say I have five computers, I install Koala on all of them. Can I then easily cluster them together to take advantage of all their system resources for multiple applications (like Blender, GRASS, etc)? I assume it would also be easy to then use Amazon's services for these applications as well?

Really? no one wants to weigh in on this? It seems like such an exciting feature. I thought a lot of people would be interested.

It would be fantastic to easily be able to create large render farms for Blender, and build clusters for other programs to share system resources.

I think that no one knows the answer to your question. Karmic Koala is only a concept right now. The devs and everyone else are focusing on Jaunty.
