locale files in USP

I have uploaded a set of locale files for uspconfig and the main plugins to the SVN. At the moment there are only en_GB and en_US files but if there are any translators out there who fancy doing some translations the pot files are in the ../usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/usp/locale folder for the main plugins and uspconfig.

Be aware these are preliminary files and may be subject to possible freqent changes.

Translated po or mo files can be attached here and I will upload them to the SVN repo.

Hello, I have already translated into french USP. The only problem is the translation of the names of applications (see my other discussion) and tooltips.
