After a today's partial upgrades i went to tweak startup programs and services, just like i do in my stable release. My services would not open. Error message said my platform does not support it! So, is this just a normal phase, or something else?

Do you mean "Startup Applications", or something else? I have a similar problem with "Users and Groups" :(
