So.....Am I the only one who wants to watch the IHOP webstream from KC on Linux?

I have video feed(finally)......but no sound. If I goto audio only on the live feed...then I get sound.

Hello russdirect.

I have success in watching the ihop prayer room fully with sound and video at the same time in Jaunty. (using either firefox or smplayer)

I am somewhat of a newbie....I might even be able to tell you what I did if you want to know....if not, just delete this reply.

I followed a thread just for jaunty that installs pulse as the only audio driver. ( I can't seem to locate it right now.....but I can try later if you want.)I always forget to reboot......but after a reboot(like the next morning).......it worked.

I had to download gnome alsa mixer.

It works best in smplayer for the video size. But sound and video are together.

Let me know if you are a IHOP fan. If you are....you are the only one I've found so far. Apple and MS are the defaults for the people I know. They look at me like I'm from mars when I mention linux

let me know. cbw

International House of Prayer. 24/7 worship and prayer house that never closes..day or night! The best musicians in the world are there. A very contemporary sound. It makes it easier to pray for a long time when you sing scripture to great music.

I was responding to RUSSDIRECT from about a week ago.

hope that helps. Let me know if it doesn't.
