Cannot start any kde4 program from kde4

I've just installed KDE on my Karmic system, and noticed, that I cannot launch any KDE4 software at all! Non-kde programs, like gimp or firefox starts fine, but when I'm trying to launch e.g. konsole or dolphin, I'm getting following:

stetzen@stetzen-laptop:/mnt/storage_drive/stetzen/Documents$ konsole
<unknown program name>(9555)/: Communication problem with  "konsole" , it probably crashed. 
Error message was:  "org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply" : " "Message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus)" " 

When I'm logging in into openbox session, all these programs launches fine... Any idea how I can fix it?..

Use Gnome.

I'm also using Karmic Koala Kubuntu (that's a lot of 'K's ...) and experiencing heavy breakage both in Plasma and KDE4 applications.. Just check for upgrades, it'll eventually get better. Important: this is an early alpha of Karmic, we should expect that kind of behaviour :)

YUP, it is new. Remember what "new" stands for - Never Ever Worked.

The bugs will get worked out.
