Manufactoring Sites affecft Graphics card price

I have this graphics card which is made from china the 8500gt that cost about 30$ when converted but others prices with different manufacturers cost more why is that :confused:?

marketing, quality of components, expectation of demand, retail markup etc.

many factor result in final retail price, there is no final correct answer.
