Hi, I wrote an RSS reader in JAVA for my ubuntu. It runs perfectly well, sampling the RSS sites once every 1 minute or so. After a few days of operation, it starts getting "connection timed out" errors. If I try to access the same urls as the RSS program from firefox, I don't get a response. If I try accessing a different URL from firefox, I get a response. Once I restart my machine, everything is back to normal (for a few more days, until it starts timing out again). Any ideas? Thanks!
