Installing nvidia 8700m gt

This is my first time using Ubuntu. Currently i have installed the new version (Ubuntu 9.04). I have searched for how to install the driver of nvidia 8700m gt but i didn't understand what i have to do. Can anyone help me by writing step by step what i have to do to intall the driver plss

Pour se faire allez dans le menu [COLOR=Red]Système ---> Administration ---> Sources de mise à jour[/COLOR] et vérifie que la case correspondant à "Pilotes propriétaires de périphériques (restricted)" est bien cochée!
