if i make a ubuntu customization in reconstructor can i sell it?

If it includes the restricted extras, it would probably be illegal to resell it.
i havnt gotten into reconstructor yet so i am just wondering what the restricted extras are?
If you have stripped all ubuntu branding (logos,names,repos etc.) you can sell your customised CD's but you still will have to supply the source code free of charge, like RedHat does. See this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux
