ok, I finally got sound working with most applications - skype is still skitchy cutting in and out but that is not why I am posting this, here.
I am nearly deaf in one ear. I like to use a head set, as it means others don't have to listen to whatever I am playing. But sometimes the thing is in stereo, and, if the thing is a conversation, I lose half the audio as they whisper into my deaf ear. Is there an easy fix for this? A program that will pipe both audio channels to one side. Ideally one that I could toggle on when I need it?
