I noticed today that there is a new version of libpq4 (8.1.2-1~breezy1) from breezy-backports. This library has a whole bunch of dependent packages, and backports doesn't normally accept libraries, so what's up?
What's more, it says this package is unauthenticated, and this is the first time I'm seeing this warning.
I'm holding back the update for now, until somebody can clarify the matter.
