L.U.G for Northwest Georgia

Hello my name is Ben I was wondering about if there was a Linux Users Group in this area?

I don't think there is a LUG specific to northwest/northeast GA, they are all around Atlanta or below primarily.

I would also be interested in a LUG in northern GA. I live in the Adairsville area which is about an hour from Chattanooga and Atlanta. The distance makes it difficult to be active in a LUG in either of these cities.

Maybe we could get one started here?

hambone79: Yeah, that's a pain, Creating your own is a thought, you could also be active on a mailing list & go when you can. sometimes the best option is simply the one that doesn't stink as bad as the others.

Short__Error: Northwest GA, if you could define that better I could try to be of better help, hambone79 is dead center between the closest two. If your in Dalton (for example) however, Chugalug (in chattanooga, not the one in Athens, GA) is at most 30 minutes away
