Actually it is not so difficult to make Xubuntu CE as Xubuntu comes with zenity by default. But please let me know whether or not it is worth the effort.

seems like no one cares enough to respond about Xubuntu so i guess it really wouldnt be worth your time as of right now to start that project!!!

I guess so.
Actually if we have old computers to donate/give away, xubuntu is the most suitable.
