Remove unused sub-forum under Ohio Team

Hi Joeb454, fancy seeing you here. :mrgreen:

Anyway, this time I'm not here to make up crude puns, just have a request with the Ohio Team LoCo forum. There's a subforum under that forum called "Ohio New User Team." It has zero threads, and honestly I'm not sure why (or when) it was made in the first place. We did have a "New User Team" at one point, but I don't believe it really got off of the ground. I'm requesting to have that "New User Team" sub-forum removed, as it is and will remain unused. This has been on my to-do pile for a long time, but I'm just now getting around to asking about it.

(I figured posting here would be better for documentation reasons.)

I know, I've deleted it...seems that lingonberry is clinging onto the remnants. Attached a screenshot from bilberry to prove my point :)
