After install Ubuntu Moblin Remix Ive noticed yahoo is the default search engine.

However I want to use google instead.

I cant even find a settings screen however, so I cannot configure it to be default.

Any thoughts?

i stumbled on this last night.

open the browser, in the upper right-hand corner look for an icon that is a "small x, o, o and check mark". its to the left of the larger X icon. that's the setting icon. it'll open a new tab and there you can set the default search engine.

... and i just noticed it didn't retain the setting to google after i turned off the netbook last night so i'm not sure what is up with that. maybe someone else can chime in. :)

Moblin 2.0 and some build of 2.1 don't really save browser settings at all, so I guess it's browser's bug.
