Hi All
How many Munster based members have we here? If your from this neck of the country could you reply to this thread so I can do a head count, Hoping to organize some events for this part of the country as some people can't travel to Dublin etc for events.

Hello Everyone.
Continuing on from my post to the list a day or two ago after talking to Laura, I've decided to go with The River Lee Hotel (Jury's) on Western Road in Cork for an Ubuntu Hour. Details are below:
Date: Wednesday 18th August Time 18:00
Looking forward to meeting new faces and getting some regular meetings setup for ubuntu-ie down this way. As far as I know there is Wi-Fi available in the bar of the hotel.

Hi Rytron, nice to meet you! Great to see people from Cork using Ubuntu/Linux. I managed to convert my parents. My Dad duel boots with xp because he needs Photoshop(hopefully one day we'll see this on Ubuntu) and my Mum uses 10.04 exclusively. She loves it, finds it way easier to use.
