So,Firefox 3.6 beta 1 just came out but I really want it on my Ubuntu is there anyway it can be there?

yes - install it manually by downloading the archive and extracting it. :)

you could even use the semi-automated psychocats method: http://www.psychocats.net/ubuntu/firefox

but ubuntuzilla only does releases.

Ubuntuzilla now supports installation of beta and rc versions. Just enter the appropriate version string manually when prompted for version (e.g., 3.6b4 to get the currently-latest firefox beta.)
