They pulled this out of Karmic. Now it is coming back. Problem is that it wants to remove various pusleaudio packages, which would seem to defeat the purpose. I guess we are waiting for compatible versions of those to arrive in the repos before we can install rtkit.

rtkit is now in for me too. I notice it wanted to remove pusleaudio-module-udev so I let that happen.
