Must be an office block, as there are quite a few companies listed there on the Royal Mail website: http://postcode.royalmail.com/portal/rm/addressfinder;jsessionid=HFH3EO4T1V422FB2IGJEUBQ?catId=400145&pageId=pcaf_a_ma_results&_requestid=27311&gear=postcode
