Newest version is 1.2, but the version in backports is 1.1. Here's the improvement list from Ktorrent website: -UPnP -Expandable using plugins -Faster download speeds -IP blocking plugin -Importing of partially or fully downloaded files -Many bug fixes.
I would specially like to see faster download speeds. Yes, I know there is other (maybe better??) torrent clients, but I'd like to use as many KDE apps as possible. Tried installing 1.2 .deb package from Ktorrent site but I had some problems.
Thanks.
