  1. Does your walkthrough work with pci-e cards (e.g. mygica x8557 or X8506 ) ?

2. Is manual installation of davidtlwong's mygica_x8558pro driver no longer required for ubuntu 10.04 ?

For #1, I think they should work.

For #2, I don't think so.
