Using the latest kernel of Natty I can get a screenshot of the desktop with the 'Print Screen' button, but 'Alt-Print Screen' does not capture the current window. All screenshot setting are left at default. Is anyone else seeing this ?

I've noticed this too, but it happens for me in Maverick.

The actual keyboard shortcut, Alt+Print, is still intact.

EDIT: When you think about it, ALT+Print is actually SysRq, so I can see why it doesn't work.

AFAIK this has been around since Maverick alphas, when I first saw it. I'm still in Maverick and its still here. I saw a bug report a while back, just too lazy to fetch it. :P

EDIT: I lied, I'm not too lazy after all, but google is loaded with bug reports on this. I wouldn't expect it fixed anytime soon, but maybe the fix cyberkilla linked to above will solve this for you for now.. http://www.google.com/search?client=opera&rls=en&q=bug+alt+print+screen+doesn't+work+ubuntu&sourceid=opera&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8
