Here's what I've got so far:

Binary blob (AMD FGLRX/Linux Catalyst drivers) fine and dandy so far. Compiz also works fine. Unity has problems (in fact, it either makes the desktop itself unusable or it doesn't start) - only option is to go to safe mode and disable it from CCSM. Wired Realtek gigabit drivers are fine; wireless Ralink (Tenda WG311U and clones) does not stay connected (possible firmware issue?).

x32:

No binary blob, intel here. Compiz works fine. Unity works fine. Wired and wireless works fine.
