Not sure where to look for help. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.
Issue: Windows XP, game installed is Tiger Woods PGA 03. When trying to remove from system, it will not uninstall, continuous freeze-up. After many attempts to obtain help from EA Games, still nothing.
Is there any other way to remove the game.... help! At this point unsure if it is a Windows XP issue or the Game.

One thing is for sure, It doesn't sound like an ubuntu problem.
Right I think the only way would to delete the XP... <joking...well sort of>
If it were my computer with the issue.... would have already deleted the XP, maybe.... thanks for the suggestion though.

I bet it's a Windows issue Microsoft is a pro and screwing things up :P You might use a program called Windows Installer Cleanup and then just delete the program's folder out of the Program Files folder.
Haven't tried the installer clean-up, however EA did suggest deleting the program files, some of the files were removed, but the rest have remained, which includes the 'uninstaller'... ughhhhhhhh.. EA also suggested an 'update patch'.
Did the update, still unable to uninstall. After contact with them again, they suggested a 're-install to uninstall' which went no where as it freezes up each time.
Will look into the suggestions from above and update as needed. Thanks for the help.
Actually what I would do is to just delete the whole programme folder, any common/local files and would delete the registry entry but unless you really know what you're doing be careful in the registry. Will be listed in both user/software and machine/software.

Silly question... Are you out of space hard drive? I seem to recall really weird things happening when that occurs? Also my wife had some file that wouldn't go on her XP machine. It's been a while, but I think we ran some type of live session linux utility to blow it away.

Did you try removing it using the uninstall wizard or via the control panel? Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs: Then scroll to the program you want to remove and click "remove" (Well, on Windows XP anyway).

No, not out of space on the hard drive. That actually was one of the first things checked.
At this point I am going to try using an uninstalling program, unfortunately the clean up didn't work. After running it, we were still unable to delete/uninstall the remaining files.
Try uninstalling in Safe Mode first.
If that does not work try using Revo Uninstaller in both normal & safe mode.
If that still does not work delete the files manually with a Linux LiveCD.
After any of the above processes run Ashampoo WinOptimizer 2010 followed by Wise Registry Cleaner Free followed by CCleaner. (&Windows Installer Cleanup)
All the software I listed above is free & legal to download.
