I was new to Ubuntu, and having difficulties in the forums.

Howefield actually took the time to come down to my pretty clueless level & patiently explained it to me in a way even I could grasp.

He also took time to help me configure a few things via teamviewer.

Very friendly, very patient, & very helpful.

I Reckon he'd be an asset.
