I have noticed some Issues with animations in natty (Unity).

  1. Minimizing a maximized window (such as firefox or chrome) you will see some visual artifacts near the top left. This only happens with the "zoom" animation.
  1. Fade animations can be glitchy. For example if you click an indicator menu, and then click it again to make it go away there is a noticeable white flicker on the fade out animation.

I have observed these exact same issues on both intel and amd cards (both fglrx and oss drivers) These kinds of things show a lack of polish. I know this is probably just nitpicking, but look at Aero or Aqua, you never see unpolished visual glitches like this. It just shows a lack of polish IMO. Also there doesn't even seem to be a close animation which is inconsistent.
