Click to open the Dash. You'll see the Close, Minimize, Restore buttons above your mouse. The minimize is dark. Click on it once. Nothing happens with the window, but it gets a little light. Click on it again, white gets stronger, again, again, etc. (the important part is that, as it seems, the button is not disabled - It's function call is).
