Where did all the answers go for the previous forum for Precise Pangolin while it was in Beta? Shouldn't they be saved in a locked read-only place as a source of answers?

Just scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see a link to the archives, go there and find Precise Pangolin +1, all the answers of beta will be in there, but all threads will be closed.
