I have heard Precise is based on "Debian testing," contrarily to Quantal, which is based on "Debian unstable." I was wondering: would it be possible, then, for Quantal to add in significant bugs which were not present at all in the Precise version, but which were present in the Oneiric one?
Alternatively, any reasonable fears about regression issues or the like?
I am not an expert but if Quantal is based on Debian unstable, then Precise was also based on Debian unstable when it was under development.
