On 12.10, for the past three days, upon starting Musicbrianz Picard, the whole system freezes with a blank window displayed that should be Picard. Even Ctrl-Alt-F1 doesn't respond. What to look for to find out what is broken so that a bug report can be filled?

Well I think it's related to Python since Flacon, another Python based app crashes also. Same problem on 2 different machines.
