One thread to be created here for each FC agenda item for pre-meeting debate.
All staff are encouraged to join in. Would all admins please add their views and voting intentions (if at all possible) so that in the event of being unable to attend the FC meeting, the chair can cast a proxy vote.
Just testing, to see if I can post here yet. :)
