ubuntuforums won't smooth scroll

Using kubuntu 13.04 and Rekong web browser ubuntuforums will not smooth scroll. All other webpages will smoothscroll. Anyone esle with this anomoly/problem or could it be a setting I am missing?

I have the same thing with Firefox and all web pages are jerky...:mad:

Ok.. I'll give that a try a little later.

All is well with Nvidia GEforce210/218. in Ubuntu Unity 3D.
