Good afternoon.

I have spent the past few weeks trying to get any factual statements/information on the following:

 • May I _pre-install/build_ the jdk6 COLOR="Red" into a public Ubuntu distro?
 • If I may, what are the stipulations that come with it?
 • What can I do/not do in regards to providing the jdk6 COLOR="Red" in my distro as the _default_ java/jdk?
 • And *_any_* other information on what I might need to do regarding Sun/Oracle's: sun-java6-plugin sun-java6-jre sun-java6-bin sun-java6-jdk. *_That also_* could/would be in a public Ubuntu distro and be downloaded and used by others?

*I have found information* pertaining to this subject, _but_, very *"washy"* explanations and reasons. Mostly outdated. I want to comply with Ubuntu and any of Sun/Oracle's laws/bylaws/*etc*.

Thank You *in advance for _any help_ or _redirection_.*
