How Often Do You Change Your Wireless Lan Password?

FYI: I'm writing a paper for a class of mine that concerns wlans. Something that I would like to include is how often peopel change their wlan passwords. I did a search on the internet for a similar poll but I did not find anything of merit. So, I'm hoping I might get some decent data, enough to mention in my paper.

I don't do it anymore. I decied to set a random one 64 digits long. I keep it on a file and just copy paste it on devices that allow me to and type it in on others. Too lazy to change it up and type it up on my kindle etc

I use a long complete sentence with mixed capitalization and punctuation as a WPA2 passphrase. I haven't changed it in a very long time.

Set and forget, but I check logs regularly for interlopers.

I live in the middle of nowhere so after learning the passcode for my first router's wifi I use the same one with my second. Oh, and my dog will bark if you try hanging around outside :)

In the couple of years or so that I've had wireless at home, I've changed the password once. That was when I started playing with Tomato and so forth. I wanted something long but memorisable, since I had to enter it multiple times.

I've only changed mine once in probably five years. My current password is 17 characters long and I have no trouble remembering it, but it contains numbers and symbols and no dictionary words.

Howsecureismypassword.net says it would take about 184 trillion years for a desktop PC to crack it, lol.

I change it a few times a year but not as a security measure. Just to annoy family members.

I have never changed it since after my connection was installed.. I use ExpressVPN (https://expressvpn.biz) so I never worry about anyone getting in.

I had never changed my password...I think its secure enough as I choose a very difficult password with mixed case letters.

It apparently would take931 sextillion quadragintillion years to break my passkey to break my code:) (autogen passkey saved on a flash drive;)

I don't. ever. Just check for new IPs and blacklist anything weird.

I rotate mine out... just whenever I feel like it really. My pops has one that's like 30 digits lowercase and caps, it's a pain when you can't just copypaste it.

I use a pretty complicated password. I set it and leave it alone.
