Ubuntu Members Certificate

There is a certificate available to Ubuntu members that is signed by Mark Shuttleworth, see here.

For those of us that can't remember when they became a Ubuntu member, just go to your launchpad page, and click the all memberships link, and look for Ubuntu Forums Members. The page should look similar to this.

The right to print business cards with the Ubuntu logo - The business cards can be found at the BusinessCards page, you will need to take care of the printing yourself.

I don't know, I'm kind of tempted to get a certificate printed. If nothing else, it'll serve to remind me of what I've done with Ubuntu, and maybe encourage me to not lose touch.

When it gets there. I think the original estimate was 8 weeks, but considering the demand, it'll probably take longer.

Well, they are real. :-)

Mine arrived this morning, certificate signed and dated on the 6th July, so has taken a month to pop it in to the mailbox.

It looks a lot nicer than the image can show, a nice weighted creamy paper, the member badge is gold where the scanner has picked it up as black and the Ubuntu font is beautifully crisp.

You can go to your local snail mail office and fill out a form to have you snail mail forwarded to your new address for usually 90 days or so. :-D
