I've probably mentioned this on IRC, but my currently registrar had a billing... issue and as such has cancelled the domain privacy option for one of my domains. Needless to say I am not happy about it, especially when I have paid for 5 years of service. My main domain is fine, and the domain that is affected is one I grabbed just to have and to maybe test stuff on. :p
So far I have not had any contact with the registrar since 9/25, and I've updated the ticket and emailed the billing department directly, but no dice. I've had good service from the registrar (domain.com), but this is getting out of hand.
Anyway, is it worth it to use domain privacy?
Does anyone have a registrar they use all the time? I'm thinking of going with namecheap, but I've seen a ton of them around.
