Hello,

is there any documentation on how the official Ubuntu DVD images are built? Specifically, I am looking for information on how the grub image on the amd64 install DVDs for UEFI (EFI/BOOT/grubx64.efi) is built; i.e. which modules are built in and which config file is embedded and so on.
