Ubuntu Phone in the U.S. with AT&T?

Is there any device here that is 100% compatible with Ubuntu Touch in the U.S. that will work on AT&Ts network? I have gone through them a bunch of times but they all seem to have some problem still lol. I wish an official phone would be released :(

The only devices that could be said to be 100% compatible are those 3 Nexus devices. They are the devices that Canonical engineers have been using to test the usability of Ubuntu Touch. There are Canonical Engineers who live in the US and they have been using Ubuntu touch on the Nexus devices provided by Canonical as their regular cell/mobile phone. But I doubt if any of those US Canonical engineers purchased a BQ Ubuntu phone. Some Canonical engineers based in Europe have done so but their would be no point in people living and working in the USA doing so.

There is talk of retail Ubuntu phones being released for the US market but that is some unknown date in the future.

I would appreciate it if you would share your recent experiences with the Nexus 4 and 5. I plan to flash touch on an N4 for the 1st time tomorrow, and would appreciate your feedback. I also am on AT&T.

Guess I will try to be patient for a while longer, I just really want a Ubuntu phone :( lol
