BQ Aquaris keeps rebooting after upgrade to 21

Hi,

I've upgraded BQ Aquaris 4.5 with Ubuntu Phone version (21 I guess) from the upgrade available from Ubuntu Store... I restart the phone and the phone keeps restarting :-/ Showing me the white screen with BQ ubuntu edition, black screen for few seconds, then start over with white screen and cycle again. I was able to restart in normal mode once using power button + volume up and choosing normal boot from the menu and I was able to boot in recovery mode once, but except this 2 times I still in issue with the phone every time I reboot it or switching off.

Is there any way to work with this?

Ok some progress... after cycling white and black for 10-12 times the phone boot correctly by itself... not nice but at least still usable... does someone else have this behavior with BQ Aquaris?

I'm getting this issue as well. Sometimes if I am lucky it boots up after 2-3 reboots, but this morning it took about 5 minutes to boot up. It's really annoying.

Can anyone suggest which logs to post to give others a chance of working out what is going wrong?

Are there any upgrade logs or boot logs which you can post, if you have System log like on the desktop but on the mobile version that might help other's out to solve the problem though personally I would if I were you post a bug report on launchpad at the correct page Ubuntu phone page...
