I'm using the BQ Auaris with 2 SIM cards. If there's an incoming call (regardless which SIM), I can neither pick up the call nor deny it. The buttons do nothing when touching them. The only possibility is to deny by selecting a message. Any idea how to fix that?

Solved. Problem occured only after booting the phone. more patience after starting is needed :mad:
